Implement 丘學強 "pinyin-like" output #3

Romanization system from 丘學強 2002 交際潮汕話九百句, where s before i is represented as x, turned N for nasal coda, etc.

Actually this would be a good example of a challenging case to implement because the x doesn't represent a different phoneme, but is just an orthographic quirk.
