After #383 is done work on this ticket
On click on Edit button two buttons appear: Save and Cancel; and all inputs become enabled and the content manager can edit everything, except the date.
The Author should be a dropdown where all the content managers would be listed and we can select one.
The user cannot save empty title or description.
On Save button we should be able to save the edited post.
On Cancel button we cancel the action, all changes are reverted, and we show the Edit button again.
