It does seem like a good chunk! I think whittling down would be great in the interest of having depth vs breadth (I feel like everyone is very good at talking with breadth 'across disciplines').
For the two readings I proposed, I can try to make excerpts and/or will try to find a shorter version of Latour's text where he makes the same argument..

We could also cut out Beer's Management in Cybernetic Terms. Other readings touch on variety and second-order cybernetics too, and even though the other Beer piece is longer, it's much less dense than Management.
We didn't communicate afterwards to reach consesnsus, so feel free to use your discretion on reducing the quantity. I'm still working through them, and will add some thoughts of what can be skipped hopefully by EOD.
