Add workflow and multi-board explanation #490

The document did a good job explaining workflows and boards but not a great job visualizing them.

By adding visuals and expanding the explanations, we aim to make this more comprehensive for the reader

Also, included multi-board projects that can enhance productivity in larger teams by offering a structured approach to managing complex tasks and workflows.
