This PR highlights Product Management, adding to the Core Concepts in Product Management list that was started in the Product Management markdown file.
I have added two main subheadings that are geared towards CSC301 students to be valuable resources when planning out their projects and making product and project level decisions for their tasks.
These subheadings include:
An introductory page on an intro to Agile Methodologies for Product Management. This is a broad overview that is more focused upon the usage of Agile from a PM's perspective rather than a deep dive into the tools and methodologies themselves. For more reading, pages with more details on each of the Agile methodologies is linked. The main takeaway is an understanding of how a PM might approach incorporating Agile Methodologies into their own projects.
The second and longer subheading is a page on UCD vs. DDD. This focus is on helping students undertsand the key differences between a user centered design and design driven decisions. When to make these decisions and how they can influence a project is the main content of this page. Promotes students to learn and utilize what would be best for their specific scenario and project for overall success.
Changes:
Added to Product_Management.md, created heading for Core Concepts in Product Management: and linked my new pages.
Created page for Intro to Agile Product Development Methodologies.
Created and updated page for User-Centered Design (UCD) Vs. Design-Driven Development (DDD).
