Make internal (not Mailman) mailing lists act more like real lists #125

Mailing lists generated through the website should act more like mailing lists; most notably, make the mail still appear to have come from the list when it gets to the recipients, rather than rewriting the address. Probably other changes too.

Where "come from the list" means the list is in the To: field, not the From: field, right?
