"Flush the cache" for mailman lists #1255

Ability to regenerate a program or class list from the appropriate membership in case they get out of sync.

For class lists you can delete the list and it will be regenerated the next time, I believe. This doesn't work for program lists though.

Incidentally:

I don't believe program mailing lists have been working. Certainly they've been strangely underpopulated for, like, the last three programs I remember.

See #1105, #1116, and #1038 for the current status of the lottery updating mailman lists. We know what the issue is, or at least we know how to make things fail less silently; it is fixed in the lottery script, and still needs to be fixed in the pull request for the frontend.
