Show all classes by number of open spaces #160

An alternate version of the onsite "Show all classes" module, which shows all open sections, primarily sorted by the start times of the sections, secondarily sorted by number of open spaces in the sections. With options to show all classes, or specific timeblocks, or sort by ratio of open spaces to the enrollment cap.
