"Open" button on deadlines page not functional #3630

My "open" button on the deadlines page (at least for 'all student deadlines') is no longer working. I'm currently on the schedule-form branch (which I believe doesn't have #1571 yet).

I'm able to open the "all teacher deadlines" deadline and open and close the "all student deadlines" deadline.
