Hiding teacher bio elements #491

This is really a set of possible features of which it would be nice to have at least one, but more would be better. Many teachers want their bios to look professional since ESP has such a high PageRank, so want to remove classes, or hide their entire bio; this isn't easy to do as is. So, one or more of the following would be awesome:

A flag to show or hide the entire teacher bio (probably the easiest to do) A flag on each class to show or hide it from the teacher bio (especially useful for admins with silly test classes) *A way to hide some of the autofilled information (school/employer, year, etc.)

Another thought from the esp-webmasters thread: we could/should also show on the teacher profile edit page which fields are public. Maybe a note at the top that says "your bio, classes, employer/school, and year will be public" and then a marker next to those fields below. (Are any required? If not we should definitely have a way to remove them from public bios.)
