Cannot run already made ecosystem tests on the central server, hence our ability to see if KA Lite sync still works is pretty hampered.

If not all TODOs are marked, this PR is considered WIP (work in progress)

This PR has no effect on KA Lite tests, but reintroduces commands used by the central server for its emulation of peers/clients.
