Objective: Coach-only quizzes can be created and distributed with channels for consistent pre and post testing across facilities in an implementation

Requirements:

Exercises in Studio can be flagged as a quiz modality
These should be generally excluded from display in the Learning Platform interface
Ability for a coach to select one of these quizzes from a list during quiz creation and assign as if a regular quiz
