The usernames generated for users are confusing to new users.
Expected behavior
The usernames should be somewhat meaningful - the simplest fix would be just to always pass learner, more sophisticated would be to extract the translation for learner from the Kolibri translation files and use that.
To give some variation, a 5 character human hash can be appended.
