Updates all Kolibri logos to new logo style Updates presplash color to secondary yellow color

Fixes #201

As with other installer PRs, this will only update Android specific brand features, and not core Kolibri.

Hi @rtibbles, I confirm that both the logo and the splash screen are updated correctly as specified. No issues observed while manually testing.
