Android build is currently broken #41

The Android build is broken, as described in #39 According to @kollivier, python-for-android is not supposed to put the apk file in the same directory as the command is run.

we would need to fix this for Kolibri 0.13.1 release https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/issues/6421
