Remove bundled Python 2.7 and Windows C extensions #102

Reduces the package size by 7 MB.

TBH, I had hoped it would reduce the package size more. But the compression rate of bz2 is already quite high. The Debian package is close to half the size of the .whl (which uses .zip).

@DXCanas I was wondering if a PR like this could/should have a build associated with it (maybe I have misunderstood the point of the new build pipeline)?

For me -- as a package developer -- I have already verified the changes locally because that's a lot easier than waiting for the build. But maybe for the ones reviewing, it would be easier to be able to trigger a build.
