It's actually the Ubuntu software update manager that is to blame for this, but it's super annoying that updates are listed like this:

Suggesting:

Offline education platform "Kolibri", a local server for universal education

Argh, forgot that Debian linting says NOT to put the package name in the description... this is purely because of Update Manager's weird list display.
