Safe-guard configuration files #56

Discourage users from changing files that are maintained by the package.

/etc/kolibri/daemon.conf is not maintained by dpkg, a new /etc/kolibri/conf.d is in place, a /etc/kolibri/README has been written, and we have a warning in /etc/default/kolibri to not modify it + we want to remove /etc/default/kolibri #85

Seems fine IMO.
