This updates the app icon to follow the GNOME style, including icon shape and padding:
For the bird shape, I'm using the logo SVG from https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/blob/release-v0.16.x/kolibri/plugins/default_theme/static/assets/default_theme/kolibri-logo.svg.
I did the shading in a separate commit so we can go with just the flat icon if it's more appropriate :)
