Note that I don't have a running test vm right now, so haven't built and tested the package :)

@benjaoming I don't agree with this PR. if moving it to the nginx folder it should go to conf.d, sites-enabled should be a link from sites-availalbe and it's thought for users config. Config files provided by packages should go to conf.d , as the current code does.
