Facility > Data - Chrome browser only - The names of the months are not being displayed in the selected language #10226

Observed behavior

While testing https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/pull/10207 I noticed that only in Chrome browser the names of the months are not being displayed in any of the following languages: Burmese, Georgian, Khmer, Chichewa (Chewa, Nyanja), Fulfulde (Cameroon), Hausa, Yoruba

Expected behavior

The months should be displayed in the selected language

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Install the the following build
  2. Change the language to one of the following Burmese, Georgian, Khmer, Chichewa, (Chewa Nyanja), Fulfulde (Cameroon), Hausa, Yoruba
  3. Navigate to Facility > Data
  4. Select Generate Log for either Session or Summary logs
