Tools for easing the JWT signing in other platforms #45

Add more examples and sample code/utilities for doing JWT signing in other main languages and plataforms.

For example:

generate keys on windows (maybe add a small service for this?)
sample codes on .Net, Java, Python, Ruby, Node, PHP.
consider a command line product - whether binary built or ruby cli
[x] doc about key generation on windows

[x] sample ruby
[x] sample lua
[x] sample node.js
[ ] sample php
[ ] sample java
