New server for running examples. #147

I have switched the backend for running examples from https://latexcgi.xyz to https://texlive.net

This is running the same code, so there should be no change in examples, please comment here if anything is not working.

The new server is running in a virtual machine on a server managed by Stefan Kottwitz with financial support from DANTE, the German TeX Users Group. Notably it has much more disk space (100Gb rather than the 8Gb available on the AWS virtual machine hosting latexcgi.xyz, whose free 1 year trial licence will expire in June)

As there is more space now, if any examples using non latin scripts would benefit from having additional fonts installed on the server, this is now possible again.
