Starting Catalan translation #167

just lesson 1 and structure

@joanillo thanks I merged this, depending on your timescale we may "hide" the language from the top level menu, leaving the pages still at the main site (you will see some other partial translations are in that form). But for testing everything set up and merging OK, adding it in full initially.

Thank you, you can hide Catalan if you want for now, now that I understand the workflow of my translation (it was the first time that I've made a pull request in a public project). The idea is to finish the translation in 2-3 weeks. I can make a pull request when the work is almost finished. TIA, Joan Quintana
