Trim off unnecessary part of link to webchat. #89

Title says it all. This is a very minor change.

Could you trim off the \%23 part, it's also unnecessary (and it's wrong)? When you click that link, qwebirc tries to join a channel called #\#learnmath.

Another thing - I wouldn't call this "content" because you aren't actually changing any of the math text.
