Multi-level Dropdown #22

A multi-level dropdown in the navbar would make tutorial navigation much easier.

My idea is that when someone hovers over the Python option in the dropdown, they see another dropdown with all the Python-related tutorials, like Discord.py and Flask and Tkinter.
