Number of verses in section incorrect #118

It's been reported that sometimes the number of verses in a section, when choosing "Review one section (X vss)", is incorrect.

However I have noticed that sometimes when a whole section is up for review the number of verses up for review in each section is not quite right. For example in Romans 8, I choose to review 1 section which was down as 9 verses. In fact the section was, as I would have expected, 11 verses.

Fitting with this - I have occasionally seen a test for next_section_verse_count fail.
