Always show 'More practice' button #125

Allow the MORE PRACTICE button to be used up to 100% accuracy (currently it's set at 90%). It would be nice to practice a verse until you get it 100% right, and not forced to go to another verse with just 90% accuracy.

Re-organized learning buttons, promoted 'More practice'

More Practice button is always available now. Fixes issue #125
