Added support for multiple file inputs. No additional formatting required - only for text, not token inputs.
Added some missing tests
Added tests for multiline inputs
added pylinting (fixed long strings, const naming, if paren usage mostly.) To run call "make lint"

(I did not actually change count to use Counter for backwards compat.)
