Refactor project configuration and remove appsettings.json #9

Updated the project type GUID in BlazorBasic.sln to match the new format. Removed the appsettings.json file and related configuration from BlazorBasic.csproj, Definition.razor, and Program.cs. Re-added staticwebapp.config.json with no changes. No modifications were made to TextFile1.txt.
