error when adding answer with setting anonymous

There seems to be a bug with "Questioners and answerers (Irreversible!)" at the setting "Anonymous". How to reproduce:

create the moodleoverflow activity and set the setting "Anonymous" to "Questioners and answerers (Irreversible!)"
add a new topic
try to add an answer to the topic
