Add link to Bitcoin address FAQ page to Stacking initiation form #440

For folks who might want to use a new/different BTC address (assuming most would need one to get STX in the first place), it might make sense to provide a hint as to how to obtain a new BTC address?

I'm expanding this issue's scope a bit to include a link to an FAQ page with Bitcoin guidance in general.

It should not only explain a bit about how to get a Bitcoin address but also indicate clearly what kinds of Bitcoin addresses are supported, since not all formats (like native segwit) are.
