[4.5.3] Bug: Can't Delegate or Withdraw #962

Bug found testing Hiro Wallet build undefined, 4.5.3.

Hi, can you give us more details, maybe some steps to reproduce the issue or screen shots, please?

Seems like I can't delegate or withdraw coins from my wallet.

Each transaction lies in a pending state for 48 hours until it times out.

Here's the latest. I"m trying to delegate and it's just stuck pending. https://explorer.stacks.co/txid/d602a022ede49ebe4ba8830dff0249e615a7ecd3f59a59649f422c84a0aa705a?chain=mainnet

If I want to transfer to another wallet the same thing happens...get's stuck in an infinite loop for 48 hours.

Is there a larger issue here? Am I the only one experiencing this?

Are you using XVerse wallet?

Yes I am using the XVerse wallet to initiate the delegation.

I restored using the seed phrase into a HIro Wallet to be able to revoke and view history and transactions.

In the Hiro wallet there is "allow-contract-caller" but the delegation is still is in a pending status.
