Request to support additional BIP39 passphrase when importing accounts

A BIP39 passphrase is additional to a 12 or 24 word seed, often referred to as a "13th" or "25th word". Adding a passphrase produces an entirely different set of keys from the seed alone.

A seed can be imported into Hiro, but there's currently no option for this additional passphrase, which could be useful for hardware wallet users looking to import their accounts as a last resort recovery method.

This would make Hiro fully compatible with Ledger's full security model. I support this feature request.

In case anyone is wondering you can already use a Ledger with passphrase to access those accounts.

this issue is specifically meant for support when using the wallet in software mode.
