Create transaction details view

Instead of simply linking to the Stacks Explorer for transactions in the activity view, we can link to a new transaction details view in the wallet that contains useful information for learning more about the transaction and debugging those that have problems:

Time broadcasted, included in microblock and included in anchor block
Total number of anchor-block confirmations
Option to cancel transaction (per https://github.com/hirosystems/stacks-wallet-web/issues/1834)
Option to increase fee for transaction
Total time pending
Live data about network congestion that may be affecting pending transactions (e.g. total transactions in mempool, average fee offered for similar transactions)
Time since last Stacks / Bitcoin anchor block
Estimated time until next anchor block
Nonce used for transaction and warning if other transaction from address seen in mempool with same nonce or if nonce doesn't immediately proceed others seen in mempool or confirmed
Link to transaction on explorer
Links to support channels for pending or failed transactions (e.g. email, Discord, twitter)
Memo
Transfer consequences of a given transaction (inbound and outbound), removing those details from activity itself
