Exchange audit: add Bitvavo.com #2977

Making an issue per change as per https://github.com/hirosystems/stacks-wallet-web/issues/2920

This is a European exchange offering Stacks. Specific options per country: https://bitvavo.com/en/countries

Perhaps we can add: "Available only inside European Countries"?

I checked with Bitvavo they confirmed they only allow registrations from users within the European Economic Area.

I see this exchange does not yet allow for deposits and withdrawals of STX. The functionality will be added later according to the exchange. I will revisit this with the next audit. Leave it out of the wallet for now.
