Since we support rare sat storing on taproot addresses we'll have to be careful. Make sure to protect those rare sats when we enable support for uninscribed bitcoin on taproot addresses.

I think in most cases a simple measure could suffice that makes sure any amount below or equal to 10000 sats is ignored (inscribed or uninscribed) which should protect most deliberately stored (and hence split into a small UTXO) rare sats.
