BNS Emojis not displaying #5327

I have received a couple reports on social that a recent update has caused BNS names that contain emojis to no longer display in Leather. Would need to do more testing to confirm!

"Update to latest version it no longer shows emoji domain!"

Assigning @alter-eggo, looks like this was introduced with the loading changes.

Let's write a test to ensure the emoji shows
