Persist toggling of unrecognized Stacks fungible tokens #5369

As a follow-on enhancement to https://github.com/leather-wallet/extension/pull/5344, we can persist the user's preference to show or hide unrecognized Stacks fungible tokens so the user doesn't have to show them manually each time they open the wallet if that's their preference.

This should go in redux settings slice
