Can't confirm transaction for minutes: Pop-over not loading balance and connecting to contract interface fails, after minutes it does load #5959

Steps to reproduce (sometimes) (try with slow connection if it doesn't happen)

  1. Go to stacks.gamma.io
  2. Connect with Leather
  3. List an NFT (for example a BNSv2 name)
  4. See errors in console

And at the top of the pop-over you'll see 0 STX balance

And you can't click "confirm" it is not clear why (we need better messaging it looks related to a connection issue here).

The fee does load normally.

Workaround, wait longer for the balance up top to load, then proceed as normally: Image
