fix: go to account page from accountdrawer, ref LEA-1552

[pete-watters]

This PR:

• makes sure we go to the account page rather than configuration from the account sheet
• adds real balances and addresses to the account balance sheet
• refactors some account features to group together
• add balances to account configuration screen and fix title

NOTE balances shown are not correct per account pending https://github.com/leather-io/mono/pull/640
