Ex Falso currently cannot edit mka tags. The ability to do so would be a
useful addition.

 I totally agree.  Actually, since managing a music library can be very messy, and Matroska is widely supported, it would be very advisable to support it.  

 Much less impactful, but still worth mentioning, is supporting meta-tags for the mp4 container.  If my memory is correct, they are supported, and therefore the biggest area where improvement could be made is with Matroska! it would enable someone to properly label all their music/movies no matter what it is encoded with.
