Execute plugin #213

I use thunar instead of nautilus, so it'd be nice if the relevant plugin
was available.

But perhaps it would be better to extend this plugin (should be quite
simple to implement-- i don't know python but if I have any time I will
try) to be able to execute an arbitrary command based on the selected item.
 For example in my case I would set the command to "thnuar <dir>", or
something similar.  The plugin should manage a list of such commands and
they should be nameable for the right-click menu.  Perhaps they should be
context aware so that they are displayed or not displayed or behave
differently depending on what the user has right clicked.

Note that this more general plugin could also easily replace the wikipedia
plugins.

There's already a plugin called Browse Folders that offers a configuration 
option, and 
also Send To (filename openwith) which is similarly extensible through simple 
code 
changes.
