Error installing using pip #20

Hi,

I'm getting an error when trying to install using pip. it says error: need Microsoft Visual C++ Version 14.0. However, I have a more recent version already installed (x64 v14.11 x86 v14.16). Is this actually the problem? If so, what can I do to fix it?

Can you please paste whatever pip prints to screen before the error? Does this only occur when installing python-pdfbox, or when you try installing other packages with pip? I don't encounter any errors when I install with pip on Win10.
