While the idea is neat, the main problem with BUA buildiungs was coming with models. We would need to add some kind of style selection (probably in the table creation window), and then have photogammetry models from at least grecoroman style, asiatic, dark age, arabic and late medieval. Ideally much more but those should be enough to have some non-jarring options.
Have BUA show buildings when the terrain is locked.
The buildings are destroyed when a base intersects them, otherwise the base would be obscured (could be entirely in a building). When there is no base intersecting the building location, the building is respawned again.
The detection of intersections is done using scripting zones. This required a small tweak to dead zones.
