All Plain Bases Updated to 3.0 #4

Also fixed the general token, no it is horizontal.

I checked first 15 armies and like 30 random armies and they worked prefectly. The first and only error was with the Lit troop renaming that I have undone already.

I wasn't sure if the Later carthaginian army b) was meant to be done with the same models. If not, please remove it, I did it just in case it was right.
