translation correction and 2v2to3.0 format fixed #6

For some reason this ignores caps in "Littoral" for names. Please mantain the same name. Corrections are all over the place and it breaks some things. like having 1xPs as troop instead of 1x2Ps. Some are changes not related to any translation whatsoever, like having 7Hd converted to 40x40 instead of 40x30, while the rulebook allows for both.

I shall remake all of it, to correct the caps error and all.

The explanation for 7Hd is simple, with the flat bases I decided to use 40x40 for 7Hd and 40x30 for 4Hd, although there are 2 options as you say, 7Hd on 40x40 appears to be the most common using and 5Hd is usually based on 40x30 (or so I've been told by 3.0 players). That is why we should keep the same format for each unit (in the same way we use 40x15 for 4Bd and 40x20 for 3Bd).

2Ps, 4Sp... those units do not exist on 3.0 and I didn't put them on the first book, that is why I changed them on the 4th book.
