More information needs to be added for dual stack nginx README.md #13

Currently, the readme for nginx dual stack doesn't explicitly describe how dual stack is working with the nginx ingress controller and what is the complete flow. Currently the reader can see that all the configurations are over IPv6, but IPv4 is also working. More details and flow would be very useful.
