Compatibility with cache plugins #19

Hello, The plug-in doesn't work with plug-ins such as W3 Total Cache (cache and minification). It would be interesting to activate Tooltipy when the cache is generated, like some other plug-ins do (wp-Typography for instance).

I think it has the same issue with wp rocket.

If you are still interested with Tooltipy and have the time can you please double check : Download the last version of the repo and test with a plugin cache Because from my side it's caching
