The main idea is to prevent scrolling down if the header is large or if the page contains another large section before the glossary section Thanks @honorway

This commit involves using Ajax with letters https://github.com/lebleut/Tooltipy-OOP/commit/0279218cf87c75a62c7a3312709d17130c07f8af

remaining the same idea for pagination
